Do you remember when...

I remember as a little kid, I was always in a hurry to grow up. I thought to myself, that if I was older, I could do the same cool stuff as the grown-ups did. Now when I think back and remember how easy my life was as a kid, I miss it. There was nothing to worry about, no bills, no shopping, no broken heart. There were always food on the table when you got home, random clothes in the closet that you did not care about what was. All you wanted was to play with your best friends and have fun, while messing your clothes up.
I often dream back to those days, when life was just a big playground with no worries:-D

I live with a 20 year old youngster, Lasse. An upcoming photographer which main focus in photography is photojournalism. His parents came by yesterday to fix our laundry machine and while dad took care of it, his mom cut his hair. It reminded me so bad of back in the days, when I was 8 years old, sitting restless and impatience and all wanted ,was to get out into the sun and play with the others! I think the last time my mom cut my hair, was when I was 12 years old, about 15 years ago.

Me, when a little red tub filled with bubbles was heaven!

A cold day to be an artist!

It is very hard to imagine what it's like being a homeless person during the winter, but it helps to know that we compared to other countries, have a much better relationship with the homeless and are good to keep a warm hand over them. Nonetheless there is always something that can be improved!

As for yourself, do what you can do, give them your pocketchange or whatever. I'm sure whatever you have to give, does make a difference. They might have chosen this path for their life, or maybe they have not, but everything has a reason and a story. They are a part of community so therefor also a part of you, one way or another!

I'm not sure if this guy is homeless or not, but he got my attention for 10 minutes and 20 kr and was very happy about it. It doesn't take much to make someone happy, so why not!

If only I had wings!

Winter in Denmark is quite long and sometimes it feels like Copenhagen has gone into deep hibernating. The streets are more empty than usual, people are packed well into warm clothes and so are their minds. But when days like today comes, where the sun is shining and not a cloud in the sky can be spotted, then Copenhagen will show you it from its best side. The streets and cafes are crowded and it seems like everything we've saved inside of us for the summer, can come out for a little while, just so we can feel the warmth of the sun touching our skin!

Have a great sunny Sunday everyone. Don't worry, Be Happy:-D
